Ria Mara Briz, MSN, APRN, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed to practice in Illinois under a collaborative agreement with Dr. Evaldas Radzevicius at the Institute of Neurobehavioral Services. She completed her graduate studies at Walden University, specializing in psychiatric mental health, and is clinically trained to care for patients with mental health issues across the lifespan. She has more than eight years of bedside and nursing management experience in psychiatry and medical-surgical nursing.

The combination of her experience in both bedside, managerial, and advancement in the nursing practice has allowed her to become proficient and confident in her field of expertise as an advocate for her patients and their families. Her training and education at Walden University and under the counsel and guidance of Dr. Radzevicius have extensively equipped her with the knowledge to provide patients with mental health illnesses with the best evidence-based treatments available today.
